Pros
It is extremely fun to work at a company that is trying to solve hard problems, like payments for cannabis. The team culture is great and the company has had a ton of success in growing quickly.
Cons
There are certainly days that are harder than others given the craziness of the cannabis industry. You have to be ok with change and be willing to learn from it, otherwise you probably shouldn't work here.
