      Pros

      Four weeks paid vacation after ten yrs.

      Cons

      little to no chance for advancement, HR not on site, major cuts resulting in terrible bonuses, used to have great insurance now coverage is not good. Poor work life balance, often asked to do more with a lot less due to personnel cuts. Management not willing to listen to concerns. In certain departments you are treated like a kindergartener.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
