      Pros

      Flexible, company vehicle, premium product, large market share, high trust in employees.

      Cons

      Lacks diversity, average reputation with customers, expensive, leadership is disconnected from team and market, if you aren't in head officer (Melbourne) there are no career opportunities and you would be lucky if decision makers even know who you are. Hands down the WORST HR department I have ever seen. Poor salary. Poor choice of company vehicle.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
