      Pros

      Good coworkers. Very helpful and supportive environment. Good benefits for a company of its size however they are being decreased overtime

      Cons

      Upper management will spend more on alcohol in one night than some employees make in 3 months. A lot of regulations in HR preventing employees to be treated fairly (the company insists it is all about the people). Lastly there are few opportunities for advancement so very hard to engage employees.

      It can get slow sometimes if you're not tasked with a bigger project.
