      Experience and knowledge means nothing here. You just have to be in the right circle to make it to the top. Should be focused on the product and keeping good employees, not allowing brown nosers to sink the ship.

      The balance between work life and home life is great. They also are committed to deliver the best product to our market

      Cons

      We are limited to a small niche and are afraid to step "outside the box".

      Pros

      Good hours. Dress code is relaxed. Does not seem to be micromanaged as telephones are allowed on desks. Nice kitchen area.

      Cons

      Management is uncontrolled. High turnover for a reason. Don't waste your time. I was never trained and manager could not be bothered to train me. A person cannot learn through osmosis. I felt manager was out of control, with inability to train or manage. People would just leave and not come back.
