Lots of knowledge to be shared, IF you can survive the horrible attitudes that go with it. This company does have the best break schedule ever thou, every 2 hours. Aye boi smoke em if you got em. That’s two pro’s
Cons
Under payed welders, over paid arrogance. no direction. Unsanitary restrooms, disgusting shop floors. No accountability. Each employee is held to a completely different standard. Exceeding and excellence is over looked and praise is given to the least deserving of individuals. Senior welders and fabricators are held on such a pedestal, they can literally do anything they want. Lots of sabotage and setting new employees up for failure from the senior weld staff. Any sort of pay matrix is completely absent, good welders are payed dirt and vise versa. Manipulation is key to this shops daily functionality. The list goes on y’all
