I worked at PFL, and in my experience, worst culture * Work-life balance was very poor, with a 6-day workweek and frequent work-related communication even after office hours and during rest time. * Employees were often expected to attend meetings on holidays/off days as well. * The management style of some senior officials felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful toward employees. Public criticism and humiliation were common, * There was a “Gemba Walk” process that often felt unnecessary and added extra pressure rather than productivity. * Before confirmation, there is a 7-day assessment period where the environment appears very supportive, but after joining permanently, the actual work culture becomes noticeably different. * Some Assistant Engineers also lacked professionalism and workplace etiquette, making teamwork difficult. * Management tried to operate with limited manpower, but at the same time leave approvals became difficult because there were not enough replacement employees available.

Demonstrated competence leading multiple projects, Maintenance of industrial, utility department, Strong background in Power Generation with Distribution electrical & electronic systems, other industrial components.

Cons

Communication, motivation and negotiation & dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytically sound, innovative and task oriented of Power plant, Diesel and Gas Generators, Sub-Station, servicing, maintenance and renovation of the engine, other industrial activities.
