The CEO wants to have “a diverse company” but refuses to let the DIVERSITY and INCLUSION coordinator do what her title says she should do. No one has a fair chance in this company unless you’re in the CEO’s “lions den”. It’s all empty promises and fake smiles telling you everything you want to hear, when in reality it’s all lies. They build you up just to tear you down and they genuinely enjoy it, especially the Talent Engagement team. They’re so quick to blame the employee for all their mistakes when realistically, they’re the one making them. The fact that the events team has had 2 people quit and 3 people fired in the last 10 months, by the SAME person, is absurd and speaks for itself. Don’t waste your time.
