Pros
I have worked at Pride Global for over 3 Years. Overall, it is a great place to learn and grow. They are very competitive with their salaries. The training has come a very long way in the 3 years that I have been employed at Pride Global. Around 2 years ago we did an office move (to the upstairs) and it is now a beautiful work environment. You are permitted to go outside and work and enjoy drinks and food on the roof tops. There are a lot of fun events and people at this company. Seems in these reviews on G.D. there are a few angry employees but I have had a positive experience with senior management. They are pretty friendly and open to hearing feedback. The HR team was really friendly when I started and they continue to be a good resource for information and things like that. Good perks too we now get a $50 gym membership each month.

I do not have a lot of cons. If I could make one recommendation it would be to make the IT a little better .
