Where to begin - all the problems in the company come from the top. The CEO has been forcing workers back into the office since June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Those who didn't feel comfortable returning were fired. This place is a revolving door with turnover - the CEO/"Purple Belts" view their employees as extremely disposable and the second you realize how messed up this place is you're fired or let go. The CEO is a narcissist that genuinely enjoys firing his employees. You will not be treated with respect here.
