Where do I even start with this place.. Prime is the definition of a toxic workplace. If you want to be micromanaged on an extreme level Prime is the place for you! I was even getting questioned about going to the bathroom…This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had working for any company. You will get treated horribly as a new hire as the onboarding process is terrible. Nothing was prepared for me when I started and my team wasn’t even physically present 60%-70% of the time (when it mattered the most). Then they get mad at you for not knowing what to do and continue to pile on work when your still trying to learn. The pay is on the low end of the industry so don’t expect good compensation. You get 5 work from home days a year so there isn’t much flexibility either.
