      - benefits (gym, physiotherapy, free lunch) - good health insurance - good colleagues

      Cons

      - terribly incompetent leadership: 1. Says one thing, does another. 2. Overfocused on growth. 3. Rather lay off people than to address actual underlying issues. 4. Heads and directors get promotions while the rest just watch. 5. Preach transparency while being the opposite themselves - culture 1. After merger everything shifted 2. Normalized overworking yourself

      Pros

      The tools provided are simpler than those at previous sales jobs. CRM isn't time-consuming, tracking mileage is super fast, sales goals are attainable, and once set, the goal post doesn't move. This is the best you can ask for in sales imo.

      Cons

      Base pay and pay structure could definitely be better.
