Good thing PROBAR tastes good and contains great ingredients or else the company wouldn't survive.
Cons
- employee appreciation is disingenuous - poor leadership from top level management - created a hierarchy - core values and mission do not reflect the company; they are far from treating business like family - created a culture of fear- everyone scared to voice opinion or ideas to executives because of fear of losing job; employees only say what the executives want to hear -company events/retreats are extreme and push beyond beyond their abilities or comfort level; if you say no to an event you are docked points on your yearly review - only executive team members tend to get company awards -very poor communication among different levels (especially executive team) - females can only go so far/work their way up. There has never been a female executive
