- The venue itself is alright, though parts are falling apart in some areas.
- Most of the staff are lovely people, easy to talk to and work hard.
- It's a job? They'll hire anybody (which is a con)
Cons
Where to start?
- All the management are clueless, sad people who take their anger out on the staff via insults, messing with them or being rude. Unless you're in their special inner circle of sucking up staff.
- Teenage drama. So much pointless drama. If you enjoy acting like you're 14 again this is the perfect place to work.
- This special circle of staff are rude to new members of staff and some that are old but not in the circle.
- They are cutting down security while actually needing more.
- Oh but the security they do get are mostly 1) terrible and 2) extremely stupid with no critical thinking skills. A few are great people though.
-Terrible pay with no increases for staff that have been there 3 years! (Minimum wage)
- No moving up if you don't ego boost the management
- Making people supervisors without giving them supervisor pay (yes everybody knows)
