When there is work available, it is varied and interesting. A lot of talented colleagues. Family like atmosphere.
Cons
Pref to bring in new blood; which are overpaid and under-qualified, for the positions. Upper mngmt doesn’t offer adv opportunities to internal employees that are more than able to take on these positions. Lack of internal design guidelines, lends to a inefficient & non-cohesive design product that varies from one prj mngr to the next. Zero marketing ability. Be prepared to fend for yourself and bring in your own work to stay employed. Granted all have a responsibility to cross sell the business when we can, but this shouldn’t be held over our heads. We weren’t hired because we have BS degrees in marketing, we are engineers!
