Pros
Mostly hybrid working arrangements depending on your role.
Cons
It is normal to feel "gaslighted" by HOD and CEO who make you feel like you should be grateful and indebted to the company for implementing FWA. 2. We get reminded all the time that FWA is a privilege. As an alleged "inclusive and progressive" employer, management and HR should know that FWA is no longer a "privilege" but an expectation required by employers to provide the best environment, work-life-balance and favourable conditions to prime employees to perform. Being passive aggresive is a form of "gaslighting" when low-key threats to "revoke" that "privilege" are being conveyed. Feels like an increasingly toxic, stale work culture. Major red flag but most times you suck it up as not much will change anyway.
