Training is always available, Leads & Supervisors are always willing to help & even talk. (very compassionate & understanding). Options to work from home is great! You are treated with respect and do not feel like just an employee - feel part of a team. If you show up & work hard.... it is noticed and rewarded.
Cons
Cannot start work before 7:30am even if you work from home. Can sometimes be overwhelming if you work different projects & have to learn different systems & rules. Concerns
