      The schedule is good. It fluctuates to often, it has changed 3 times in the past 6 months, but none where bad schedules

      Cons

      Lower pay than industry standard. Hard to say if I would recommend because it is great for someone that doesn't want overtime, horrible if you do.

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
