Caring. Supportive Leaders, a workgroup that shares knowledge, builds each other up, trains and leads by example. Great insurance options, 401k with a 6% match, worklife balance & co-workers. Stellar company that actually cares for their employees, this creates a healthy, successful culture.
Cons
The con for myself was growth opportunities, the department I was aligned too did not have an office setting in my location, had I lived closer to the company office, my career path may have been different.
