Management needs restructuring. - Switchman PSC Group Employee Review

Promotions are done based on seniority not qualifications or performance. So you can be the worst employee and be there for a few years and become supervisor. Management are aware of the problems and won’t make changes for better. The SIT Yard is horrible.... it’s 3 guys and they’re expected to do the job of 2 shifts. Promises are made to guys and sometimes they stay years in the same position before being moved. Hard and deserving workers get looked over for promotions which are given to lazy, egocentric “friends” of management.
