The company has shown a high importance for safety and the safety of others.
Cons
Nepotism is at an all time high. Don’t expect any raises as well, no matter how great your performance is. We don’t get paid what we actually deserve given the daily amount of work. Management and Supervisors do not hear you out or support you, they just want you to bend over backwards and work nonstop to please the “customer” = the plants demand.
