Pros
Watching the CEO and H.R. group make decisions will give you a good laugh. Not a joke... seriously... you will laugh.
Cons
Total incompetence. No direction or plan. Hides true results from shareholders. Unsafe work practices. Instead of fixing issues corporate looks for fall guy to blame. Low morale. Employees do not respect corporate leadership and spend more time looking for their next job. Company is a financial disaster. People mean nothing.
