Pros
Excellent training. Best I've experienced. working from home there is a lot of support through Help desk and Supervisors. Lots of over time If you want it.
Cons
Having to be VERY scripted. A multitude of different scripted scenario's and mark downs on calls come very quickly. Working required OT can be difficult if you need the time off. I've worked many call center jobs but this one expects you to apologize way too often. It makes it hard to get through calls
