Pros
Really great place to learn.I worked as a Dot Net developer and PL SQL developer from 2012-2015.Really enjoyed a lot in implementation and had great mentors.
Cons
The end users never understand that we are doing application development and not following any methodologies properly . Management never think to give some decent pay to the hardworking employees.
