Pros
Pay is great. Benefits are top notch. The people on my team are super smart and have become some of my best friends in my life. Our leadership care just as much about their employees as they do about their clients. It’s the single best work environment I’ve ever been a part of.
Cons
Nothing about the company itself. Just stinks that we have had to go almost fully remote with the pandemic because we used to do a lot of really cool team events and they would involve our families.
