Interesting projects, you can always find something that fits your interests. Flexible working hours and a relaxed atmosphere, good work/life balance. Two teambuilding events per year, split costs of attending one conference in Europe. Recreational activities two times per week during work hours. Prepared to offer (the lower end of) a competitive salary if you convince them you deserve it.
Cons
Very stingy, which made them infamous in the software development and sales circles. Once you negotiate starting conditions they will do anything to turn down your requests for any kind of improvements. Human resources lack interaction with employees.
