      The RnD team are kind

      some staff are kind, but actually when I was internship, I feel like I have more jobs than the staff. Also internship didnt get paid.

      Pros

      They have a great opportunity for intern to learn, very open. So many room to learn with their works which is really great for me as an intern.

      Cons

      But, the management system need much improvement. There is many missing senior staff to handle the job. People tend to work more than one position which very unhealthy, overwhelmed.
