Great culture, thrive to be the best - Needham campus is very hopeful of PTC's role in IoT, lots of excitement. Good benefits, beer fridays, family days, good internal resources. Company believes in itself
Cons
Very political environment. Old guard employees hate that legacy product resources are being applied toward the future & are not up for changing how they've made a living
