Pros
The atmosphere is tolerable and every once in awhile there would be a surprise perk or bonus. The majority of people who worked/work there were fun to work with. Medical benefits were great.
Cons
Lots of attrition. Owner didn't quite understand importance of morale and is not a people person. HR or the lack thereof attributed to quite a bit of conflict. ICs were rarely paid on time.
