Pros

PUBG Corp may be a young company but it's clear that our studios are built on some of the best values in the industry. As I'm frequently reminded by my friends and family, it's rare that you find a place this invested in your personal success and well-being. I can confidently say I have job security, an extraordinarily competitive salary & some incredible benefits. I throughly enjoy the people I work with and our team always encourages each other to be open and brutally honest about ideas. As companies grow it's difficult to maintain such an employee first mindset, but it's clear to me in speaking and working with awesome people all over the world that the leadership works hard to maintain the integrity of PUBG Corp's values.

Cons

While having what started out as a small project blow up into a genre-defining mega hit is great for the resume, it does invite its fair share of unique challenges. As PUBG makes strides to become the global company it's well on the way to being, sometimes communication between groups of people half away across the world can be difficult. Despite the strides we have made, you will often find you can't quite move as fast as you want to and that can definitely be frustrating. However, I can safely say things are always improving and I'm super optimistic about the future of PUBG. If you can handle the communication challengers of an international game studio, you're not gonna find many better places to be.

Pros

The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

Cons

The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
