      I'm actually a quite gamer, I have eventually used my whole lifetime through gaming if I would get a chance to start earning it's a better platform for me to and probably it's been an experience from now on

      It's will be a great opportunity for me work in this organisation

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
