      - Relatively better benefit for employees, compared to other game industries in South Korea - Chance to handle meaningful amount of traffic

      Cons

      - No senior to lead the team direction in long term, as of 2020. I heard that the company hired some senior engineers recently (2021). - Top-level operators relied on their intuition rather than data-driven decision

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
