This company wants high production without upgrading equipment or paying overtime. We still have to work major overtime in high volume seasons due to lack of good equipment and people. When production suffers, lower-down people take the blame all the time. Anything given is granted reluctantly and usually backfires, given the company's tendency to buy used equipment of questionable provenance. People have been fired under sketchy circumstances, and no one has been hired to replace them. People here are burned out.
Pay is lousy, especially for requiring college degrees.

Management wants docile yes-men and thus ignores employees' requests and complaints, although they are made with good reason. Lead through fear.
We are probably violating pollution and safety laws with non-functioning equipment, but corporate does nothing.
No way up and no cross-training.
The marketing manager wanted honest reviews by current employees rather than disgruntled former employees. Well, this is not likely what he wants to read. Too bad.
