      Pros

      A place that values happiness and mental health is always a place where i want to be. My colleagues are awesome and my director thoroughly teaches me how to be effective with every new skill that I am learning. I love talking and meeting new people now. If you put in 100% you get out 100% if you put in 20% you get out 20%.

      Cons

      If you’re shy, you’re going to have to break out of your shell. You won’t be able to reach your goals if you don’t learn how to effectively communicate which is something that i had to learn. I strongly recommend putting effort in trying to be more outgoing, or just find somewhere else to work that doesn’t require it.

      Pros

      Since I have been here, the trainers have been more than helpful with educating and training me. They have walked me through orientation all the way to getting my first sale. Super excited to get promoted in the near future!

      Cons

      Growth is dependent on effort, which is great, I sometimes feel pressure to network and read even though I know it is to my benefit.
