Wholesalers are peasants to be berated, bullied, and put-down down by leaders who think motivation is done through threats and insults. You will be given no autonomy and every minute of your day will be micromanaged. Regional managers serve no purpose other than micromanagement and making you hate your life. Leadership demands client entertainment but does not give budgets and wholesalers are forced to foot the bill for basic company needs. There is no opportunity for career growth.
