Pros
The company has some really great people. They are motivated to make money and have good intentions to move forward.
Cons
This company doesn't have a lean six sigma culture. They struggle to listen to employees and make action plans that will benefit cost savings. Employees have really good ideas, but fail to implement change. The culture is not people oriented it is self-oriented. The leadership team acts as a click and the same culture follows to other departments (a lot of favoritism). People at this company have really bad leadership. They do no communicate clearly, do not set a vision, and lack basic people skills. This company doesn't accept learning or mistake making, by that I mean, people will consider you stupid for asking to many questions or you will be consider incompetent for questioning their processes. Everyone on the leadership team has been there for 15 + years and has a fixed mindset. They are unwilling to improve or see any benefit in restructuring. Did I mention flexibility? Do not apply here if you want flexibility in your schedule or like to do hybrid work.
