Thank you so much for your review. While it can be difficult to read your remarks we appreciate your candor. We are constantly working to improve as an organization, so we take feedback very seriously. In your review you mentioned that we have low salary rates as well as a long ramp up time for increased opportunities – we are always evaluating our compensation structure and our complete compensation structure is extremely generous compared to industry standards. As for ramp up time – we are very transparent in the interview process that this business takes some time to learn and master. In any job – you learn about 80% of the business in the first 2 years – our industry is no different. Management is extremely supportive of all our staff – we abide by an open door policy and each recruiting teams senior management has decades of cumulative recruiting experience and openly invites one on one training and happily takes time to instruct offer guidance and lend a hand. There is no one in management here that would not put down what they are doing to help our staff. Our Executive Vice Presidents constantly state that they are available even on weekends for our staff. As for turnover, 50% of our staff has not turned over this year. We do our employee retention calculations every quarter and our employee turnover rate has been at 10.6% this year and our retention rate has hovered between 85%-90% quarter over quarter for the last two years.
