This is definitely a production based environment, meaning results are expected. However, the company offers good training and support, as well as above average pay and benefits. The company's core-focus is on customer service - so make sure if you interview that you high-light your customer service experience.
Cons
It is competitive, so you have to be able to deal with high expectations as well as co-workers who are pushing to get ahead. Software is dated, but they are in the process of updating it and moving to a new platform.
