      U work with a lot of good guys and work out side with a lot of good equipment and different company's.

      Cons

      U work in all weather conditions u are out of town a good bit longer sometimes then others and some of the company's can be a real pain.

      Great people. Great management

      Oil price dropping rapidly made it impossible to keep the great emplyees on staff. Massive layoffs resulted.

      Open door to upper management is a big plus. Broad scope of services areas and products equal good opportunities for motivated staff.

      Cons

      Heavily influenced by the oil and gas industry - which means growth prospects are limited until mid - 2017. If Hillary is elected the morass affecting the industry will continue until circa mid 2018.
