Poor Management & Even Worse Pay - Administrative Assistant Pacific University Employee Review

Director level leadership is awful. Faculty members who have never managed employees. I would not recommend employment at this university due the poor leadership, disrespectful management style and complete lack of compassion towards colleagues. Significantly lower hourly pay for administrative employees than other universities in the same region.
