Pros
Good exposure to the local power industry and the commercial business. Very flat organisation, so it is easy to reach out. Boss is very friendly and very willing to share, guide and mentor staffs. Learnt a lot working with him, it was a pleasant experience. Hard to find a good boss like him. Good working environment. Definitely recommend if you are interested in the power market.
Cons
Poor salary increment. High turnover rate was mainly due to this reason. Rigid HR has poor understanding of the energy trading job nature, shows little empathy for staff working on shift rotation.
