Your feedback is being used to help us improve the experience for our current staff. PackSmart has been using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as our business operating system since February 2009, and since 2017, EOS has become more engrained with all of our employees. It was at this time that we formed the Interdepartmental Process Operations Discussion group. The group consists of one member from each department to allow for better communication between departments. The meeting of this group operates like all of our other meetings using EOS in that issues are identified, discussed and solved; “To Do’s” get assigned; and objectives are completed. We strive to do our best to give our employees the autonomy to do what they were hired to do. With EOS, employees have the ability to provide feedback which allows for continuous improvement.
