      Pros

      Company “pitch” sounds good. Good family legacy. Great hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy and dishonest. Will stab you in the back for the sake of the company. Management is indecisive and inexperienced. The company will be lucky to be around in 5 years. There are better companies in close proximity that are run better and are more employee focused.

      Pros

      Good flexibility on hours. Nice coworkers. Professional. Good work from home flexibility. Good training system in place. Don't take work "home" with you after hours. EOS is a good system. Very low amount of "workplace drama".

      Cons

      Benefits a bit lacking and bonus incentives could be more enticing.

      Fantastic management, runs on Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Reputable name in the Chicagoland area. 45 years in business speaks for itself
