Pros
Easy and interesting job, remote work possible (although this is nothing too special)
Cons
1. Company promised people that work abroad an unlimited contract after passing their trial period. This never happened and is very likely never going to happen. 2. Although the official language is English, people quite often post comments in Polish and this excludes those not being based in Warsaw. 3. Too high expectations. Micro Management and too high KPIs that cannot be reached by employees in different departments have forced a lot of people to work at night, while being sick or on vacation.
