Safety is ignored. The “safety team” doesn’t know OSHA and just Googles answers when asked. Employees are allowed to smoke on forklifts, and equipment is run without proper checks. Management in metals is run by two openly racist brothers, creating a hostile environment. HR is ineffective—slow to respond, overly dependent on lawyers, and still gets answers wrong. They exist to protect the company, not employees. Terminations are arbitrary. People are fired without cause, and false justifications are created afterward to make it look legitimate. No fairness or inclusion. Employees have been fired simply for not speaking English, with no accommodations provided. Senior management is absent, only shows up to point fingers, and never takes accountability unless it’s for praise. They never give credit to the people actually doing the work. Constant leadership turnover. Good managers leave quickly, while the same toxic leaders remain in place year after year. Culture of fear, favoritism, and zero accountability. Overall: Unsafe, toxic, and unfair. High turnover and no respect for employees.
