I loved the sense of community that the Pacsoft team created in the workplace. Regardless of whatever was going on throughout the year, communication between staff was consistent and helped facilitate a better work environment. Most staff members have been with the company 10+ years, which helps create a sense of family.

I can say that there's always room for improvement with any company. The lack of training materials to help customers was sometimes an issue. This would take some time to learn and explain the software to new customers.

Wow what can I say I love my job, starting from the Management Team through to my fellow co workers this is a great place to work. Even though the owner Andrew is an extremely busy man he always takes the time to stop and say hello and is genuinely interested in how you are, this goes for the rest of the staff. I believe Andrews friendly and genuine approach to his staff has a large influence on the rest of the Management Team making Pacsoft a friendly and family orientated place to work, it is a pleasure to work here.

Well I don't believe there is a con, lunch is provided every Friday, everyone's Birthday is celebrated, Christmas time is wonderful, sorry nothing bad to say.
