      Workshop staff were really friendly

      Bad pay, toxic management, poor view from management of employees on the shop floor, bad sick pay scheme

      Pros

      Work 30 mins later each day on Monday through to Thursday, get it back on a Friday when finish at 2pm.

      Cons

      None really, just an all round good place to work.
