      Pros

      Will learn a lot about different methods and processes for your position. It's good place to learn and grow in experience for your career advancement.

      Cons

      Company is in a constant state of change with regular changes in upper management. Lot of insecurity with everyone trying to create value for their position. The company gives lip service to employee value but in reality the only thing the company values is the dollar. Pay is bellow market rate on all levels that I am aware of.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
