Pros
Opportunity to work with upper management and buisness units. Training was very good, the best I had, I learned a lot my time there and I was able to grow my knowledge base.
Cons
Reorganization seems to occur ever few years. No stability. I was hired right after a reorganization occured. Then after 2 years Pactiv was going through another one. That is when I decided to look else where. Then I heard recently they are going through another one. Workloads unrealistic for one person.
