Pros
Decent Benefits, exempt employees are easy come easy go, depending on the position - flexibility to work from home, cafeteria and gym on site at corporate office, and that's it
Cons
No proper manager to look up to, horrible paid time off - you have to work here for at least 5 years in order to get just 15 days off, sink or swim environment where unless you get incredibly lucky to have a good boss and a great team, good luck figuring out everything on your own, no proper training for almost every position, HR is absolutely terrible and is incredibly unhelpful, no mandatory training or awareness for Managers in any department to properly educate them about Federal and State laws on caregivers, paternity and maternity leave, sick elderly, childcare etc. Important life responsibilities are viewed as a big disadvantage and will be the reason why you won't advance. If you are not willing to take on your boss's and team workload and say you can do it all while working yourself to the bone - this is not the place for you... and if you are - don't count on being properly acknowledged for it
